Order Download and PDF Customization

The BookingPad platform allows users to download the details of any created order (Book on Hold or Issued ticket) as a PDF document for customer delivery.
These generated files serve as the official Booking Confirmation for the traveler. The customization offers your agency the option to display or hide details related to the payment of the booking.

Options to Generate the Documents

Two different PDF options are available via buttons on the top-right of the order screen:

• Download Itinerary: with this option, you can choose to select one or multiple passengers so the document is downloaded per ticket.

• Legacy PDF: Allows the user to select or deselect specific disclosures and details from the ticket.

Important Procedure & Configuration

PDF Download Procedure: The generated documents are available for immediate direct download within the BookingPad interface. They are not automatically sent to any email address.

Agency Branding: Your agency’s logo and contact information displayed on the PDF documents must be configured through the Agency Portal, through the settings tab.

Access Requirement: Access to the Agency Portal for document configuration is strictly restricted to Managers within your agency.
